In Hindi it means

It's literal meaning is"You have a right to perform your prescribed duty, but you are not entitled to the fruits of action. Never consider yourself the cause of the results of your activities, and never be attached to not doing your duty."

I have heard this verse many times in my life. Generally people in India refer to this in their daily life. But at the same time they never try to understand the essence of this verse. They leave evrything to lord and believe that everything will be fine. In this verse Lord Krishna tells that one should believe in the value of work. If the efforts are geniune then the result will be fine. At the same time there are many unseen factors which we can't predict so, sometimes it happens that our best effort are not sufficient enough to give the best result. The work shouldn't be done with the expectation with best result always and due to poor outcome never ever stop giving your best to your work.

One can lead a group of individuals with similar views.Even it is easy to lead a group of individuals with different views but the most difficult task of leading comes when the goup has no view. This makes the work of a leader boring and with time he/she looses interest and then this group of people find themself in a situation where there are just like a herd of cattle without a shephard. So, best way to lead is to motivate others to take part in decision making.

When you plan for any group activity like picnic or any events, It's very tough to persuade everyone . I face this challange everytime and finally it is better to impose your views on others than to make a general view of everyone.. this is due to lot of conflicting views which can derail your process of planning.. Finally i think it's better to prepare a plan on your own and then make others to believe on your plan.
